[CLAM] missing pkg-config variable compile question

Thanks David and Pau.

I found the relevant patch and it fixes the problem -

On a related note, since JACK is installed
at /usr/local (not with macports), it can't find the pkgconfig
files for it.  Is there a work around?  MUST jack be installed
in /opt/local?
